Mainly the weekend days within a week of events. The Saturday was similar to the Sunday except for the Service.

Sunday 24th June

Arena 1 (Royal Hotel)

The event opened at 1000 with the Union Jack and a bagpipe tune. British Legion Standards were piped into the service. Other tunes played within the service. Other mentions in blue text (originally black text). Standards were piped into the arena for the closing ceremony. The original timing is as follows:

09.30 Flag Raising by the Dais at the rear of the Royal Hotel [[ - cancelled ]]
09.30 Parade and Standards Muster for briefing
10.00 Civic Reception for visiting dignatories in the Royal Hotel hosted by the Mayor of Weston Coucillor David Hitchins and the Mayoress Mrs Carol Hitchins
10.30 Cavalcade of Military vehicles and Motorcycles arrives in Arena 1, followed by the parade of Standards.
10.40 Members of the public to be seated in the Birnbeck suite of the Royal Hotel.
10.45 Cadets from TS Weston will be performing the ceremony of 'Piling the Drums' followed by the entrance of the standards
11.00 Drumhead Service starts
12.00 Drumhead Service Concludes
12.00 Professor Alan Harrison will play the pipes while guests and Standards assemble outside
12.10 A short concert performed by The RAFA Concert Band under the direction of Mr Peter Skellon
12.40 Parade re-assembles on the lawns for the Sunset Ceremony
12.45 Beating the Retreat and Sunset Ceremony by the RAFA Band
13.00 March past of Standards and Cadets
13.05 Fly-Past by a Sea-King Helicopter from RAF Chivenor
13.10 Professor Alan Harrison will play a compostion of his own to commemorate the Queens Diamond Jubilee
